Delivery
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, most definitely! We ship worldwide.
Will I have delivery charges?
Delivery is free from 80CHF of purchase worldwide.
Can my order be delivered to a PO Box address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO box numbers.
Orders
How do I modify my order?
Order modification is not possible. You have the option to cancel your order within one hour of purchase. After this period, you will be able to request a refund using our returns form.
When will my order be shipped?
Your packages are shipped and prepared from Switzerland approximately 24 hours after payment validation.
Returns and exchanges
Can I return my items?
Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The jewelry must not have been worn for a long time (simply tried on) and must be returned in its original box with the returns form. For hygiene reasons, earrings and mono earrings cannot be returned.
I would like to exchange an item. How to do ?
We currently do not offer online exchange. If the jewelry does not suit you and has not been worn, you can return it for a refund and place a new order.
